SBCards Corporation was awarded the 2004 Diners Club Best Franchise Award, winning over 11 other franchises in the region at the recent Annual CEO and Marketing Conference for Diners Club-International – Asia Pacific Region held in Shanghai, China.
SBCards was cited for its excellent brand exposure, good balance of marketing activities between card issuance and merchants acquisition, and sustained support focus on Customer Service and Quality Improvement Programs.
Bryan Ericsson, Managing Director of Diners Club International- Asia Pacific Region stated that SBCards won for its customer focus, decisive financing and exemplary credit card management that resulted in a strong Diners Club card membership portfolio in the Philippines.
