Security Bank’s very own internet banking platform for the retail or individual market. Security Bank Online allows you to check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, order your checkbook and perform your other basic banking transactions 24/7, anywhere for as long as there is a computer with internet access. Enrollment / Registration Guidelines
 
How do I enroll to Security Bank Online?
a. Click ACCOUNTS ENROLLMENT or CREDIT CARD in the Home Page.
b. Accept Terms and Conditions.
c. Choose an activation option:

1. If through the CashLink ATM terminal
  • Enter your ATM Card number
  • Fill-up the Online Enrollment Form
  • System will acknowledge your enrollment
  • Once the online enrollment has been successfully submitted, the system will generate a Local Reference Number
  • Activate via the Cashlink ATM Terminal. Choose "SB Online Activation" option

2. By providing your Customer Identification Number (CIDAN) and Telephone Access Code (TAC)
  • Enter you CIDAN and TAC
  • If correct, fill-up the Online Enrollment Form
  • Once the online enrollment has been successfully submitted, the system will generate a Local Reference Number

3. Activate your enrollment by submitting an online enrollment form to your preferred branch
  • Fill-up the Online Enrollment Form
  • System will acknowledge your online enrollment
  • Once the online enrollment has been successfully submitted, the system will generate a Local Reference Number
  • Print this page (2 copies), affix your signature. If you have enrolled a joint "and/or" account, your co-depositor should also sign the enrollment form.
  • Submit first the copy to chosen main branch of account. Submission of online enrollment form is required prior to activation. Keep the second copy as file for further reference.

Troubleshooting
 
Why can’t I access my Security Bank Online account?

The following may be the reasons why you cannot access the site?

  • To improve our service, we regularly upgrade and do system maintenance. It is possible that you may accessed the site in our system downtime for maintenance. This will normally take a few minutes only.
  • Your internet browser or operating system may not be compatible with Security Bank Online’s minimum requirements:
    • Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or higher/ Mozilla Firefox 1.4 or Higher, Safari 3

If you still cannot access the site, you may call the Security Bank Online Help Desk at 88-791-88, press 2 or email us at sbonline@securitybank.com.ph and report the problem. Security Bank Online Help Desk is open Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 to 5:30 pm. Our Help Desk will gladly help you with your problem.

I sometimes encounter system and server glitches which prohibit me to access my Security Bank Online Account. What should I do?
Glitches may occur occasionally when you are transacting online. They are immediately corrected and transactions can already be done after a few minutes.
When I was doing funds transfer, the transaction hanged. When I checked my balance, my bank account was already debited. But when I asked the recipient of the transfer, he did not receive the money that I sent him. What should I do?
In case of hanged transactions (includes bills payment), you may report them to our Security Bank Online Help Desk at +63(2)88-791-88 press 2 or email us at sbonline@securitybank.com.ph. Security Bank Online Help Desk is open Mondays to Fridays, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. Please wait for 5 to 7 banking days upon receipt of your concern for us to resolve it.
Why does my session expire so fast?
As an added protection to our customers, Security Bank Online automatically logs you off after 10 minutes of inactivity. This lowers the risk of others accessing your account online when the computer is left unattended.
Why am I not receiving email confirmations for my transactions online?
As an additional security, Security Bank Online sends out an email confirmation to all financial transactions and any change in your Security Bank Online Account. However, the system may be sometimes delayed in sending out these email confirmations. Your inbox may also be already full or have exceeded its capacity to receive emails.
