SBC’s very own Phone Banking Facility which allows you to check your balance, transfer funds, pay your bills, order your checkbook and to perform your other basic banking transactions over the phone. Security TeleBanker is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, just dial 888-7700.

Enrollment / Registration Guidelines
 

To enroll: 1. Go to any Security Bank branch. 2. Enroll any of your Security Bank CASA (checking or savings) accounts by filling up the e-Banking Services Enrollment Form available in all Security Bank branches. 3. Key in your preferred 4-digit Telephone Access Code (TAC) 4. Get your Customer Identification Access Number (CIDAN) 5. Your TAC and CIDAN will be your tools to safely access your banking transactions over the phone.
